Welcome to Bellamy.ai. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Bellamy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Who We Are

Bellamy is a European-based platform that connects top Talent with innovative Companies through intelligent, AI-powered interactions.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to:

• Candidates ("Talent") using our platform to build their profile, interact with our AI, and explore job opportunities.

• Companies ("Recruiters") seeking to engage with candidates through our platform.

• Visitors browsing the website without creating an account.

3. User Accounts

To access the full features of our platform, you must create an account. This applies to both candidates and recruiters.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

• Contain false or misleading information

• Violate these Terms

• Are inactive for extended periods

4. Beta Disclaimer

Bellamy is currently in its beta (MVP) phase. As such, the platform may contain bugs, be subject to changes, or experience downtime. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any unlawful or harmful way

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our technology

• Impersonate another user or provide false identity information

• Interfere with the performance or security of the Service

6. User Content and AI Interaction

Bellamy allows candidates to interact with an AI agent through voice and text. These interactions may include:

• Answering job-relevant questions

• Describing professional experiences

• Providing preferences and goals

Although this content is not public, you are expected to be truthful and respectful in your interactions. Bellamy reserves the right to delete or suspend accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.

Bellamy uses artificial intelligence (AI) models provided by third parties, including OpenAI. These systems may generate content that is inaccurate, biased, or otherwise inappropriate. Bellamy is not responsible for the output of these systems, and users are advised to use discretion and verify any recommendations or content.

7. Data Accuracy and Honesty

To ensure the quality of our matching system, users (both candidates and recruiters) must provide truthful, accurate, and honest information. Providing false information may result in reduced matching quality or removal from the platform.

8. Fees and Payments

• Candidates: the Service is currently free for candidates.

• Recruiters: the Service is or will soon be subject to paid plans. Terms of payment and pricing will be communicated separately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate recruiter accounts in the event of non-payment, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and technology on Bellamy are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of Bellamy or its licensors (including OpenAI for AI services). You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the platform without express permission.

10. Disclaimer of Agency

Bellamy is a technology platform that facilitates connections between candidates and recruiters. We do not act as an employment agency or staffing firm. No employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by your use of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bellamy is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, nor do we warrant that the Service will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Bellamy shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

• Loss of opportunity or income

• Technical failures

• Incorrect or incomplete matches

• Actions or decisions made based on AI-generated content

• Disputes between users (e.g., between candidates and recruiters)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellamy disclaims all liability arising from your use of the Service.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, in case of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Suspicion of fraudulent behavior

• Legal obligation

• Long-term inactivity

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute related to the use of the platform will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, regardless of the user’s location.

14. International Use

While Bellamy is based in the European Union, users from other countries may access the platform. If you are accessing the Service from outside the EU, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. Bellamy shall not be liable for any violation of foreign regulations.

15. Changes to These Terms
